Car radio not turning on C0355-US-A

Hi

I have been very happy with my radio as it worked quite well. After a while, I did start to notice some issues. The radio (UNIT) would just stay off, refusing to come on at all. This would normally last for less than a week, then suddenly the radio turns on. I did not get alarmed at first as it occurred very seldom. I then started noticing that the FM-radio did not work at all, it did go into the app but nothing was played over the speakers. Then about 2 weeks ago, the radio (UNIT) refused to turn on again, I though it's normal, as it has done this a few times before, however, it is still off and unable to turn on.

Can anyone please help me with what I can do?

Hi,
you can try to connect the yellow wire and the red wire together to check whether the main board is broken or not.
If you still have problem with the unit,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more infomation about your unit and provide you positive solutions.

It is starting to have the same issues as this customer (turns off and on randomly). Sometimes, it is fine for a few days and randomly turns off when driving.

Is there a solution?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card or USB stick .Then insert the card into GPS slot or the usb to usb slot .And then enter settings - car settings - mcu update . Wait for your reply.
