CN10-02308B restarting at regular intervals?

Postby kennedylanduk » Thu Apr 12, 2018 10:53 am

Hi all,

My new head unit was delivered yesterday and I've got it in my office to set up before putting it in the car.

It keeps rebooting though. Once every 30 minutes or so.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any updates for this unit?

Thanks in advance,

Tony.

A quick update. I reset the unit (and am now missing some apps such as DAB+, and bluetooth is not working).

It's still rebooting itself after 30-45 minutes.

GPS seems to be back working though (but no bluetooth).

And unit has now seized, and after about two minutes, it reboots. It does this 45 mins after initially turning on.

I'd like a refund. I've already waited a few days.

I have contacted Pumpkin via the website, and they have not replied.

I've had this unit a week now, and still cannot use it. I've updated the software, the problem is still there and I'm being asked to "wait for a few days". The reason I purchased from Pumpkin was because of the positive reviews, but my experience has been absolutely awful.

Can you get this unit working?
