The hard reset hole is on the top right corner of the unit front panel.

I solved it.
I re-install android and everything works as it should.
What the latest android can be on the radio?

Normally we don't suggest flash the unit when it works as it should.
If you have any other system problem but can not be solved by restore factory settings.
We can send you the latest firmware, then you can try to install it to check.

Sorry that I'm writing in this theme.
I have S07 and it doesn't start. My car hasn't been run for a month, but before it the radio had worked.
The radio has no reaction to the 'on' buttom, the reset buttom also doesn't work.
Cables are 12V, and the fuse is good.

Hi, if you tried both the two methods which can enter the recovery mode but if failed.
You may need to return the unit back to us for repair or exchange.
Please contact our customer service, you can write to "support@autopumpkin.com"
And you have to tell us your order number or buyer ID.
Then we can check you order and give you the instruction to solve this problem.
