If the unit can play the music from SD card or USB cable when the screen not switching off, it's the TFT board problem.
If the unit plays the radio station music, it's the android board problem.
No matter which part has problem, we can send you the new part to solve the problem.
And if you want to get the new part from us, you may need to pay some money as deposit.
Once we receive the old replaced part, the deposit will be refunded to you.

We are not sure if the android board or the TFT board has problem, even both the android board and TFT board have problem.
I suggest you return it back to us for an exchange.
Once we get it, we can test it and check the real damaged part of the unit.

While listening to the radio or music from a SD-card screen is switched off. At the same time the radio or the music continue to work and I can adjust the volume. Exit this mode by turning off I manage only 12V or by clicking "Reset".
When watching a video with SD-card screen will not turn off.
When the screen of the navigation program is also not disabled. At the same time I can listen to radio and music.
Perhaps this is a programming error. What should I do?
