CN10-02307BN No Bluetooth

I just installed the radio and at first I think I had Bluetooth as the icon on top was surrounded in white however after changing some personalized things
I noticed No Bluetooth. I changed the settings back and still No Bluetooth. I did a reset with the button 3 times and still No Bluetooth. I did Factory Reset 3 times and still No Bluetooth. Am I missing an ON/OFF button someplace??? Spent hours on this already. :evil:

please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
What do you mean when you said you had Bluetooth as the icon on top was surrounded in white ?
