5.1 display problem

Hi I have a Pumpkin Android 5.1 Lollipop Car Radio Stereo for Ford Focus Mondeo Galaxy S-max Support DAB+ GPS DVD Radio Bluetooth iPod Wifi 3G Cam-In OBD2 DAB+ I can no longer pull the notification bar down and read/clear notifications, this also stops me getting to the speed app which frees up memory on the device. I have tried resetting the device to factory defaults and wiping the cache..any help please

Hi,
Please first check whether there is any touch problem on the top of the touch screen that make you unable to drop down the notice bar.
please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
Is the resolution ratio of your unit is 800*480 or 1024*600 ?

Hi how do I test the top of the screen? The touch screen works up as high as the notification area but no higher.
order number from amazon was Order # 206-7307380-7182767

Hi,
i mean you said you cannot drag down the notification, so i guess there might something wrong with the top place of the touch screen .I suggest you enter settings - factory settings page and test the touch function on the top screen.
Could you mind show me an video about your issue,so that i can understand your issue well ?And please also show me a picture about the system info like followings.
