GPS signal lost when switching from iGo to radio

I have this module https://www.autopumpkin.co.uk/android-c ... -32gb.html
When i use iGo navigation and switch to the radio everytime I get the warning 'GPS signal lost'.
And it also stops tracking then my route. Thats the worst for me because that it the main reason I use iGo.

Suggestions?

Hey Jammy, I see the same issue with my head unit.
This is my Amazon order# 111-3569796-1266623. I have the CN01-02306B-08A.
Do I need a software update as well? What is the latest revision of my software?

sorry that i am 100% sure.According to your describtion,there is nothing wrong with the hardware part of GPS , so i suggest you can try to flash it.And we didn't find this problem before.

here is the firmware for yours .The latest version is update on 20180126.You can compare this date with yours on the Build number option in the about device page.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.

the latest firmware support Tomtom app and solves the problem that the radio app quick exit sometimes.
