Backup from Software, Apps, Data

Hi,

my Radio had a hangover this week.
Ich parked at the airport, all was fine and when i came back the Unit
didnot boot correct (only the core system without apps, no BT, no Buttons.

With the reset slot i could make it work again with all setting.

When on vacation...i hope it will not happen.

BUT:
what is your recommendet App to do a complet backup of the Unit, including App and data (Maps for
Navigation for example
