Problem with Latest Firmware CN10

i suggest you consult our pumpkin customer service or me before flash the firmware.The firmware you flashed doesn't suits your unit .

I like the radio and the Firmware is running okay so far.
Small Problem is that there is low volume on bluetooth calls especially on the side of the call recipient
Any resolution on this so far?

.please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
Did you try to increase the volume via the volume knob while you are having a call ?
About the low volume sound on the side of the call recipient,did you try to use the external mic and speak toward it.

Yes,there will be a solution. I heard that our engineer will change it to the original option and the max time is 1 hour delay.

Mein Problem wurde mit der zuletzt gelinkten Software wieder gelöst, nach dem flaschen musste ich das Radio noch reseten und zack passte die Auflösung wieder.
