Just bought a vw polo and my multimedia system got into chinese only

Hi all,
First of all the device is probably an Ugode u7.
Second, since I bought the polo the firmware got into chinese and in the language settings only simplified chinese apeear as a language option.
What should I do? how can I fix it?
