How do I lower default volume for the radio

Postby Thebigthn » Sun Apr 29, 2018 5:36 am

The radio app is too loud. I have to lower the main volume, but then I can't hear my GPS app. Previous posts have said to go to settings->factory settings->audio to lower the radio volume, but I don't have a factory settings option.

My model is: CN10-02308B-08A-A
My Amazon order is:112-1615345-8532241

Hi, you can enter settings - sound - Navi volume page and decrease the sound of background.

This lowers the volume when my GPS voice activates, but the overall volume of the radio is still too loud.

Hi,
oh,i understand it.There is no more regarding settings to lower the volume of the radio comparing to the Navi. Could you tell me what navi you are using and could you mind show us an video about this ? Normally we set these sound rate reasonably before we sent the unit out.
Regards
