I have a problem with my AE0273B-01D while navigating with the voice output.

I use as a navigation software "HereWeGo". While driving, announcements are played back with natural voices with distortions. If I choose the simple robot voices, they are distortion free.
It seems to me that the radio extrapolates the navigation announcements internally, because they are louder than anything else and thus these distortions arise.
I felt as if I had to choose at the first start of the radio at this time, whether to announce the navigation, quiet / normal / loud to be played.
Now I have this Problem an I can not solve it!

Can someone help me that the announcements of the navigation no longer distort?

Not yet, there are not so many offline navigations that are good.
Google Maps has just announced a short test with beeps to turned.
But I have heard voice instructions so far only with HereWeGo.

I had tried to put the radio back in the factory state today, but that did not work, because except for the Google settings and software were all previously set things in the car radio like I had made them myself. So I did not get to see what I mean to be the cause of the problems.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - system - system update.
