I've got a CN10-03303B here, freshly installed from the Play store.
It gets stuck on the "detecting country" screen. Other Sygic products don't work either, all in a slightly different fashion.
Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help.
GPS Fix is OK ( works, but its text is too small).
I have selected Sygic as the navigation app in settings.
Can anyone confirm Sygic software works on this unit? Thanks!

I installed the 20180228 Firmware version. I also formatted the flash, to be safe.
Unfortunately no change. Still stuck on this screen:
Any other ideas?
Can I somehow get USB debug working so that I can have a look in the Android log?

Hi,
It is strange.I suggest you try to install different version of waze app or try to change other wifi hot spot .

Waze is not an option, I need offline maps of areas that I maybe don't know when I have WiFi.
TomTom's subscription is also not an option (but a decen UI for car use).
Other map software has usability issues in a car environment (e.g. Here maps' UI text is much too small).
I have contacted Sygic support too, if they don't have any spectacular ideas, I will be returning the device.
Hope for your kind understanding as well.

I expierenced the same problem with Sygic and my CN10-02307B, I tried to install this Sygic software several times (on SD and Internal Memory), but it wasn't succesfull, I got the same error as shown above. Because the unit is in a Mobil-home, I installed Sygic Truck navigation. Installing was succesfull, but when I use it it crashes within an hour. It does not matter if I enter a route to follow, or just start the application, it crashes. I will report this problem to Sygic too.
Ordernr. is 100007470, octacore 6,95 inch android 7.1.2 CN10-2308B with Dab+ module Y0251 and OBD2 module Y0034.

In case issue persists afterwards, it is needed to perform the Full reinstall of Sygic.

Sorry Jammy, the app provided by you doesn't install either. I give it up, and wil replace the Pumpkin by the original system.
