Latest firmware for fc6000tn

Hi Jammy, I have an Fc600tn which has problems with the touch screen not responding and the - volume button on the left hand side.. the top of the screen still works but only a small part of it. I have tried the reset button but that didn't work. I've read somewhere this can be fixed by updating the firmware is this true ? If so could you send me the link to download it.

Sorry for the late reply but I have been on holiday.
I bought the unit on eBay from e-coolsupermarkets2015 on 28th July 2016 item ID:322025338891
I can't find a serial number but it has the number
11-RQ0269E on it
