Problem Black Screen

Good morning, I bought this model of android car radio 11-RQ0110E two months ago, this morning when I turned it on everything worked including the touch screen but it was black screen. Last night when I turned it off very well, now you see the screen with very low light and you can see vertical lines, the strange thing that when you touch the screen you feel that the app changes. What could it be? Thanks.

I tried before doing other things to do a hard reset and it worked, everything went back to work.

Same happened me recently.
Pressing the RST (reset) button brought the screen back on when it rebooted.
Thought the screen was gone, a bit unusual to see it going black for no reason.

I wonder if maybe there is a firmware update that can solve this sudden block. If it happened once, it may happen again.However, to respond to Jammy my ebay account is giovr6-73 and I bought the car radio in the Pumpkin shop from Germany.

This happened to me too a few times now. I couldn't figure out a pattern of when or why this happens if there's one. But the screen always reboots fine. It's weird.
