OBD2 will not communicate with the vehicle

Postby december45 » Fri Apr 06, 2018 7:35 pm

Ordered the;

Android 7.1 Car Stereo, Octa Core 32GB+ 2GB Double Din DVD CD Player with Bluetooth GPS Navigation 6.2 inch Touch Screen - Support WIFI, MirrorLink, Backup Camera, AUX Input, USB SD, Dash Cam

and the ;

Pumpkin
Bluetooth OBD2 Scanner, Car Diagnostic OBDII scan tool for Android & Windows Devices, Supports Torque App

The OBD2 will communicate with the head unit but will NOT communicate with the vehicle 2006 f 350 Ford super crew cab 6.0 diesel.

I do have another elm327 obd2 adapter that does connect with the vehicle so I know that the vehicle will connect, but it is not connecting to this adapter

Please give me some help on this, what am I doing wrong?
Jammy if you will give me a Private message I will give you my Amazon order number

Thanks,
Rod

I sure didn't think I would be ignored, this can't be so odd of a problem can it? I guess I will just go to Amazon and get it returned or something. Go figure.

Sorry to high jack this thread but I have the same problem with my Bluetooth not pairing to my OBDII adapter. Here is my order information...4REKGNFPNTG4I.

It would be great if we could find a fix for this problem soon!
