CN10-03304B-01B screen problem

Dear Support Team!

Several months ago, i bought a CN10-03304B-01B car radio from autupumpkin.de.
Last week, i had enough time to build in my car. Everything was fine, and working, but after 2 days of
operation, the screen was gone. After I turned off the unit, and wait an hour, the screen was back.
I tested it in the last two days, but the operation of the screen is totally random. Sometimes good, but sometimes not.
Now mostly wrong.
Have you ever seen like this?
Have you any idea, where can i find the problem?

Hi, you can take apart the unit and re-plug the flat cables i pointed especially the flat cable which is connected to the display screen.
If this still doesn't help, you can contact our pumpkin customer service or directly write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the TFT board(the board under the screen).
