hard reset

hello, my pumpkin 2 din lollipop version is caught in optimizing applications on the ignition and fails to start. What I can do? format it? I have given the reset button and remains the same.

Hi,in this case, you need to flash the unit . You can directly contact our pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get the firmware .You need to tell them your order number or ebay id.
