Google sign-in leads to black screen

Hi.

I just bought a new AE0273B unit, and I love it!

I do have an issue with google sign-in, however. Whenever I try to add an account, it goes to a black screen which says "sign-in" at the top. I've tried
waiting or pressing on it, but nothing happens! This is problematic, as I cannot go into Youtube, Google maps, etc...

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
1.you can first click the RST botton to reset the unit.
2.if first step doesn't help,you can flash the following firmware.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - system - system update.
