Can ESS Explorer be removed.

Hi I want to remove ESS Explorer from my AS0372B.
I had to update firmware recently and ESS Explorer since wont remove.
When I try remove from playstore it only removes an update but the original program is still there.

Its causing certain file types to open with ESS addons rather than the apps I want the files to open with.

MP3 open with an unusual (not stock or poweramp) ESS builtin player which has no sound.

It seems that we don't install ESS Explorer in our unit.

Hi,
it is an build-in app and unable to delete it.
If you open the music files in the ES files app ,the unit would automatically selected the player in ES files app.But the sound should be normal.

ESS Explorer is not a builtin app but one put there by pumpkin.

The problem is some video files and audio files I have wont play with ESS media player.
