Android s07 4.4.4_26022016

Hi, stereo worked fine until last couple of weeks. Now deleted all my music on my memory cards and wont play streamed songs from Amazon music unless it's on the internet. Did a factory reset and killed my GPS app. Any support you can give would be appreciated.

About your description,i suggest you try to show them an video about your issue and provide your order number so that our customer service can confirm your unit model.
