what phone you are using ? did you try to change another android 7.0 phone?

I'm using a galaxy s8, Android 8. My S8 did work when I first got it the unit, howeveŕ it looks like my phone got an update on 13 May and then it stopped working. I'll try my s7 later and see if that works as that is Android 7.

it isn't broken.
I find your unit is AE0273 with android 8.0 and there should be an build-in easy connect app in your unit .
What is going on ?

Somehow I commented on the wrong post. I'm trying update the firmware on my unit because it keeps freezing on a black screen. I'm also trying to download the offline maps but the link is broken. I'll comment on it.

do you mean the IGO offline map? you can contact our pumpkin customer service to get it.
About the firmware ,you can also contact them or write our mailbox support@autopumpkin.com.You need to attach your order number so that they can confirm your unit model and provide you positive firmware.
