Hi, could you please tell us your order number and product SKU?
We have to tell you that the android 4.4 kitkat unit can not be updated to android 5.1 lollipop.

too bad... I have the kitkat unit... but you may be able to help with an issue: the wifi on the unit stopped working out of nowhere and it won't ever turn on. Can you help with that?

Hi, if the wifi could not be turned on and the rear USB worked, you can try to use a wifi dongle to receive the wifi signal.

the usb ports are not working as well...

Hi, it's possible that the wif and USB power module on the mainboard is broken.
Please contact the customer service and send it back for repair.
Or you can pay the deposit, then we can order a new mainboard from factory and send it to you to solve the problem.
Once you get the new mainboard and replace the old one, you just send the old one back to us, we will refund you the deposit.
