Need a replacement circuit board

Are replacement parts available for a 3year old SKU-KD-C0223D.the DVD/CD unit has been looked at by professional repair centre and needs new circuit board KD-HCT-SB rev 1.0.
Can this board be replaced using a later version if the rev 1.0 is not available.
Is it possible for company( if it did make radio) to produce a new board instead of telling me to buy a new unit.
Photos are available if required.
Unit cost around $400.
