Problem with my 11-C1217

Hi,

I recently bought a radio pumpkin 11-C1217 and now is not working.
When i install the radio in the car first time, the radio did not work, then i took out from the car console and i tried again then he works well until now but with two problems.
Then i contact the support because my rear speakers did not work and the radio turns off with the ignition off and not like original radio that only turns off when remove the ignition key.
The support give me the link to this forum to solution for rear speakers. I took out the radio from the car console to connect the cables like the first method (A-> 8) (B-> 6) (C-7) (D-5) as explained in the forum and then could no longer test the radio because the radio did not work again. I did not move or connect/disconnect any other wire or cable. The radio have no picture or sound. I tried to reset with the front button, but appears only a little small flash of light next to the CD slot, nothing more. I tried to put the original radio in the car and works well.
I checked all the cables are well connected and seems to be okay
What can I do to solve the problem?

Hi, could you please tell us the result after you checked from the forum about "how to check unit which does not turn on"?
If you can use another power cable without canbus to make the unit turn on, then it must the canbus box problem.
We can send a new canbus box to solve the problem.
And we can also send a modification power cable for your unit to solve the rear speaker problem if it's still unsolved.
If the unit does not turn on when you used the power cable without canbus, you may need to return the unit back to us for repair.

Hi,
After reading the forum, I tested the unit as described and still does not work. I tested with multimeter the unit plug through the canbus and has power. I tested also connecting the unit without canbus cable and also does not work, but according to the multimeter the plug also has power.
I think the problem is on the radio.
