Bluetooth connection Wileyfox phone

Hi, I have a 4.4 KitKat 7" screen double din.
I have a new phone a Wileyfox swift https://www.wileyfox.com/swift/
It will not connect via Bluetooth, it is an Android phone (cyanogen). When I pair it it sees the phone lists it in devices, connects for a second then drops out so no effective phone. :(
Is there anything I can do with the headunit / settings / firmware ?

Hi, could you please use your phone to search and connect our unit?
And please use another phone to check if it could connect to our unit.
