hi,

Android version 4.4 (codename KitKat) does not allow applications you install to write to user-installed MicroSD cards.
How can i fix it on my Radio?
MY Radio: PUMPKIN Android 4.4.4 Quad Kerne Autoradio Moniceiver DVD Receiver für BMW 3er E46 318 320 325 330 335 M3 1998 - 2006 Unterstützt DAB+ GPS Navi Blue Europe
with firmware update?
with tutorials?

Hi, could you please tell us your order number or product SKU number?
Our android unit can support to install the applications, you have to enter the Settings-->Security to select the Unknown sources.
And please notice most of app can only be installed into the internal memory of the unit, only a few of apps can be install or moved to Nand memory.

Settings-->Security->Unknown sources was enabled and didnt work.
i found solution for other devices with Kitkat but i think that doesnt work for my Radio(https://metactrl.com/docs/sdcard-on-kitkat/)

Hi, did you mean that you tried the solution but it had no use for you?
As the SD card on android 4.4 KitKat, this unit support to download and install most of apps from Google play store into the internal storage, but due to the 1GB internal storage capacity limitation, you can only install some apps, you can go to the settings-->Apps to manage the installed app, you may find a few apps can be moved from internal storage to about 8GB/16GB Nand flash storage.

Thx for help.i didnt use that solution.
But now i have a big Problem with the Radio.
After i upgrade the last Firmware Everytime the Radio Reboots after 10 Min or 15 Min or 2 hours.
After Reset it was the same Problem. Hope you can help me.

Could you please enter the Settings--About device to send us the system version information on your unit?
There may have the system bug or firmware compatible problem.

Normally we don't suggest our client do the firmware update, cause sometime it may result in other unexpected problem.
