Time is not correct after restarting. All other settings remain.

I have recently installed a android 7.1.2 in my car and cannot seem to get the time to be right. I've set it manually and disabled GPS auto sync, but when I turn the car back on it displays the time from when it was turned off. If I enable GPS auto sync it works but may be off an about. And when I turn the car off and on the time will be off, like the GPS isnt working. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Hi, you have to turn off the time zone from the Internet at Date Time. Does not seem to work with me turned on too. greeting

yes i have permanet innternet connection. i set update timezone and prompt set it to Japanes.
