10-W0251 unit crashing & restarting??

Last week I purchased the W0251 unit and it is randomly shuting down and restarting itself. Tonight it restarted 4 times in the last 30 minutes. The radio & Igo navi was on, as well as the BT for the phone.
Are the any firmware updates available for this unit that might resolve the issue?

Secondly, the voice guidance on the Igo software is not working? I have turned the voice volume to max but you only hear a faint sound.
Are there any updates that might resolve this problem as well?

Hi,
Could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding the unit shuting down and restarting itself issue, you can first press the RST hole to check.
If this does not help, here is the firmware for your unit W0251.

About the voice guidance on the igo software, it maybe the igo software itself problem, would you mind take a video to help us check? Just upload it to youtube, then send the link to us.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response.

Buyer ID is mammosgrub.

1. I have pressed the RST button and reset the unit. I will see if this helps tomorrow otherwise I have also downloaded the firmware update in preparation if the Reset does not work.
2. With regards to the voice guidance I found some more Navigation settings under the settings menu outside of the igo software. I have adjusted the mixed volume settings and this has helped. Again I will test tomorrow.
If you do have an update for the maps I would appreciate if you could send me the link as I would like to have the latest maps for Australia.

Hi, I have now updated the firmware and maps.
The voice guidance is working ok now but the system still restarting itself at random times?
Tonight I went for a 30 minute drive and it restarted itself 4 times in the first 15 minutes then was ok for the rest of the trip.
Any other suggestions?

Hi, it maybe the system problem, you can try to flash the unit to check, here is the link of the firmware for W0251.

Hi, I have updated the firmware but the problem still exists. At random times it just says restarts itself.
