Pumpkin 7 inch Android 5.1 Car Audio does not want start anymore on key ignition

Hello,

I bought a Pumpkin 7 inch Android 5.1 Car Audio for Ford Mondeo MK4 in 2016. Worked fine until one month ago when problems started: the unit did not wanted to shutdown on ignition stop (the unit will shut down itself after 10 min) and also does not want to start on key ignition.
Sometimes it starts after several minutes after the ignition is on, most of the times does not want to start anymore regardless how many times I press the power button and/or hardware reset the unit.

If it starts, it works fine, but does not want to shutdown on ignition stop. Pressing power button just turns off the display, Power button has the lights on.

Any ideas how to solve this? I'm using the canbus which was delivered with the package.

you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the canbus.
