My headrest unit Pumpkin 10.1 Inch Black TFT-LCD does not play AC3 audio movies

Hello all:
My headrest unit Pumpkin 10.1 Inch Black TFT-LCD does not play AC3 audio movies.

I wonder if there is any solution for that. Most of movies have this audio format.

Please advice!

Hi, this headrest unit can support these audio format, such as MP3，WMA，DIVX，MPEG，DAT，JPEG etc..
You can play these audio format to check.

As you mentioned, movies with .mp3 audio track are ok played but none with AC3.

I've converted a video file with ac3 (Dolby Digital) audio to mp3 and now it can be played, but this process is very unfriendly and takes a lot of time.
Can you advice if there's any chance the unit can play ac3 audio?

Hi, currently our headrest unit does not support to play ac3 audio, sorry about this, but we will try to make it available in the future.
