nav resets itself

I have a wince sat nav unit and its been fine for 18months but lately I have to put all country settings into it every time after car has been turned off .all my other memory related stuff works fine ,stored radio stations etc ,any ideas ?

Hi,
any query ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com for help.
About this issue, you need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit model.Beside ,please tell them what country settings you point to .
