Pumpkin Mazda 3 2010 Android headunit constant error

Hi guys,

bought my unit probably a few years ago now so a bit of an old unit but hopefully someone can help me.
We keep getting an error message, that no matter what i try keeps coming up and is making the unit unusable.
I have attached a video of the problem and some photos as well. I have tried the reset button on the front face of the unit, but no difference. Having trouble getting to the factory reset option as the error prevents me from entering a password, which i dont know what it is either?

I cant see any numbers/ serial numbers on the box i got the unit in so i'm not sure how to identify the exact model. I have not removed the unit from the car yet, but that will be the next step to see if there is some identification numbers.

Any help with this one?

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot. Then do as the following video do if you can do enter settings - about device - system update.

If it still doesn't help, you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com for help.
You'd better tell them your order number or eaby id so that they can confirm your unit model.

I was able to follow the instructions and update the firmware but it seems that the firmware is not correct for my model because now the screen resolution is wrong?

Hi,
i didn't find your attached pictures.
According to your description, your unit is not able to display the whole screen,isn't it.
Here is another firmware for your unit with different screen resolution.You can flash it in the way as before.

Thank you! This has fixed my problem!!
Screen resolution is back to normal, and system is working much smoother.
I do have a problem now with my igo navi, I used the micro sd to put the image file on so I had to move the navi files off the micro sd card to fit the image on. I have copied the files back it the navi doesn't seem to work?
Any ideas?

Hi,
about the offline map, maybe you need to uninstall the app and enter the map folder ,then you will find an apk files ,just install it again.
If it didn't help,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get new one.
