Radio CN10-02307B is getting very hot

Hi,

I bought the Pumpkin CN10-02307B and i noticed many crashes of the Sygic Truck Navigation App.
This Radio is build in my Ford Transit MKVI and I saw menu setting called FAN Level.
So I tried to set this Level to always on, but the Apps crashes after some time too.
Now I checked the 2 DIN dash tray and I noticed that the case of the Pumpkin CN10-02307B is very hot after 2 minutes.
I can't hear any fan noises.
Now my question, is there a build in fan?

Hi,
there is no fan in the car stereo.
Any query ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com .
