Problem playing music

Hi, i have a problem with my car stereo. When i play a music or a video from my SD card, it stop without any reason. I have make a video of the problem.
PS: i try to reset unit, factory reset and update firmware software that i download from you on another post.
The stereo is this :

Hi,
thanks for your video. Did this issue happen randomly ? on any songs ,any sd cards.
It is a little strange.Maybe you can change an sd cards ,copy the songs to the internal memory.

Yes, this issue happen randomly on any song or video in my samsmung sd card 64gb. Time ago i used a sanddisk sd card with 32gb and, if i was wrong, the issue don't come up. I must try another time.
I will tell you what's happen after doying this.
Thanks you. Oh! Another thing: sometimes the stereo crash and the monitor change color and i must reset it.
Can this happen because i install galaxy pack as a desktop 3D image? Maybe 2gb of ram isn't enough?

Ok i tried everything but nothing work: tried other sd card, tried to format in nftc or fat32, tried to transfert only a folder of music for time, tried to transfert music to gps slot or in internal memory but nothing...
Can you help me? It's possible that after i active the developer option and the automatic system update this error happen?

sorry that we don't find the cause of this issue. I suggest you don't install too may uncertain third party app .Hope your kind understandings.

I reset the unit from setting and i didn't install anything! Really nothing app or other thing. I just insert the sd card or an usb and the problem occur again... only music that play with my phone bluetooth it's ok. Sd card and usb have this problem. Can i try to reset the unit from recovery mode? Maybe it reset the cache and other thing. How can i put in recovery mode?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update .

Ok thanks for the firmware update but i want to try reset it from the recovery mode and not from the setting. I want to update firmware and clear all because i already tried to reset from setting and update it but nothing, the issue still there. What's the combination of bottom to enter in recovery mode?

I try to update the firmware and i'm sure that i follow correctly your instruction but the firmware doesn't update.... i try now another time without extract the file

I find your current system version is an old one.If you still unable to flash the firmware successfully, i hope you can show me an short video about how you do.
