Stuck in boot loop, need firmware

My unit is permanently stuck in a boot loop. I am having trouble finding my exact model number though. It was Amazon Order# 113-5511025-3562603 and the unit looks very much like this one (https://www.autopumpkin.com/android-7-1 ... -32gb.html) with the main exception being it ran Android 6.0 as opposed to 7.1.

Based on the troubleshooting it appears I need to reflash the firmware. Can you please provide the link to the correct file?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card/USB stick and insert the card into the GPS slot.Then do in the way referring to the following video.

Unfortunately this did not resolve my issue. The firmware loaded and installed correctly according to the onscreen messages, but after completion it started the same boot loop.

A more detailed explanation of my issue: The unit gets stuck and the screen glitches in an abnormal way at the very first logo screen. During the firmware update the screen returned to normal though. I recently changed the boot logo through the car settings and I'm wondering if maybe the image got corrupted. Are there anymore troubleshooting steps I can go through?

Then you can download and unzip this files to the root content of one sd card(please note,don't place this files and the software i gave you together) .You can flash this files in the as before.Wait for your feedback. After finishing ,you can using an thin stick to click the Reset button to reboot the unit.

The new files installed successfully but the boot loop continues to occur.

If it still doesn't help,sorry that you have to contact the pumpkin customer service to return the unit back.
