Pumpkin 10.1 CN01-02303B remote wire / amp con doesn't switch off amp

As above,

I've connected the remote wire to the amp con cure from the iso but it doesn't turn off the amp when the key is removed.

Any thoughts?

Hi,
Please first check whether any voltage from the amp con wire after you remove the car key.If yes, please disconnect it and connect the remote wire to the acc wire(red wire)instead of amp con from ISO cable.
