Radio startet nicht

Hallo, mein Android 6.0 startet nicht mehr! Nach dem Einschalten kommt immer die Meldung "App 1 von 1 wird optimiert" (oder auch z.B. 10 von 48) - aber es funktioniert nicht!

Ich kann auch keinen Reset machen, habe viele möglichen Varianten probiert (20 sec. Reset Knopf drücken, Reset Knopf + gleichzeitig Home Button, etc.)

Ich bitte um rasche Hilfe!

Hi, you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get the firmware to flash the unit.
You need to tell them order number or ebay buyer id so that they can confirm your unit model .
