hello jammy, is there a way to turn off the camera signal for reverse? There is always a black screen with yellow triangle. by the way, is there any update for my radio? greeting stefan order number 500004501 SKU: ND0474H

Hi,
there is no such settings,but you can plug out the unit and cut off the wire which labelled reverse-in or cam-in in the power cable.
This is an new unit and there is no update.

hello jammy, thank you for the answer. the question of an update was just pure curiosity. I already thought that there is no update. Before I cut a cable, I prefer to buy a rear view camera. Nevertheless many thanks for the tip. I wish you a nice day. love greeting stefan

hello and good day dear gourd community. since yesterday my car radio does not sound anymore. From the subwoofer comes only a little depth. what could be the problem? It is just half a year old. many thanks for your help. love greeting stefan.

Hi,you can try follows:
1. click the reset button on the panel to reboot the unit and adjust the volume knob.
2. plug out the unit and check the wire connection tightly, including the speaker connection and the canbus box connection.
3. check whether the speaker cable get around 6V power by using a multimeter.

More query, i suggest you feedback the result of the above 3 points to the pumpkin customer service or the seller. I hope you can also attach following info:
Your Amazon order ID&order date:
The details of the issue(when did it happen&what happened&what did you try to do to fix it);
Attachments(It couldn't be better if you would provide us with pictures or video link);
It will help us understand the issue and provide you right solution.
Your car model and made years;
You phone model and system version(if it is regarded);
The rest of the supplement.
