Mirror-Link does not work with Samsung Galaxy S5

Hello,
I recently bought a Pumpkin RQ0367 (Android 5.1 for VW) and I have several problems with the device.
One problem ist that the mirror-link does not work with a Samsung Galaxy S5. I fully followed the instructions, but I finally received the message the access is not possible.

Hi, it maybe the Samsung Galaxy S5 not compatible with our unit.
Could you please use another phone to check?
Or you can download this mirror link app and install it on our unit.
