Failure of my FM/AM Radio app(is not connect to any station)

Hello,
I bought my Pumpkin Android 5.1 car stereo from ebay.
It was working fine but now I have a failure of my FM/AM Radio app(is not connect to any station).
Could you please provide me with the latest firmware or upgrade?

My unit is the following:

Please download it to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about device - system update.
About your issue, i have few question if the firmware didn't help.1.Could you tell me your order number or ebay buyer id so that i can confirm your unit model and pyrchasing date?2. I suggest you first reset the unit and plug out the unit ,then re-connect the antenna again .

the radio(11-RQ0264) dont work after flash image, it scan but cant find any station.

I reset my car stereo.
I tried with the antenna on the car and I bought a new one as well, but it still isn't working.
I checked the band (it's ok ) and the other options but nothing. All of the connections are good.

so it should be a hardware peoblem because it is used for a long time (beyond 2 years) .I suggest you contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get an new mother board or other solution .You can send the link of this topic to the customer service.
