Hello ive got a problem with my car radio.

I cant pair my my Smartphone with the Radio.

I cant switch the BT mode on, on the radio.

Hi,
you can enter settings- factory settings(password:126) page and choose the BT type as WQ-BC6,then click apply and exit icon .Normally ,the switch of the Bluetooth is always on, and after you connect any machine to the unit ,there is an lighted BT logo on the top staus bar.

Hello. I can chose what i want, I'm not able to get a bluetooth connection to my android smartphone. Always when i try to connect it is installing an app in my phone but that doesn't work, no connection also with the app.

The next problem is that when we use the navi, we only hear the sound when every other apps are closed. With radio, Dvd or Ipod no voice of the navi is there.

The app comes when i connect my fon with usb on the radio.

My smartphone is a samsung s8
Is the radio compatible with the fon ?
