wifi connected but device has no internet

hello,

I have a problem that started a week ago,
I usually connect my device to the internet via my cellphone hotspot,
since a week ago even though the device shows a healthy wifi connection everything I do (internet related i.e browser, email,Waze, google store)
shows that I don't have a live internet connection
i checked this with multiple android devices and the same result

you can try to using an stick to click the reset button to reboot the unit.
If this doesn't help, you can flash the firmware next.

Please download the img files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot. Then enter settings - about device - system udpate.
