CN10-01202 WiFi connected but no internet

Single din 32GB + 2GB 7in (cn10-01202) I've had this unit about 8 months with no issues until now the wifi will connect to my phone's hotspot no problem but there is no internet. It's connected but says no internet. I haven't changed anything. Don't know why now it won't work. So do I need to do a system reset? System update? And how?

Hi,
i suggest you try to reset the unit by using an thin stick to click the reset button in the hole on the panel.
Did you try to connect to other wifi source ? Maybe you can reboot your phone.

Yes I reset the unit in the small pinhole. I rebooted my phone.still same problem it connects but no internet. It will connect to my house wifi with no problem. Ive been using the same phone with the same hotspot for 8 months with no problems until now. Still says "connected,no internet". Please advise of the solution

I reset the unit through the small pin hole. I rebooted my phone. Still same issue. Wi-Fi connects to my phone's hotspot but says no internet. I've had this unit working with my phone for 8 months with no problems. Same phone same cell network nothing is changed. The unit will connect to my house Wi-Fi with no problems. Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card/USB ,then insert the card into the GPS slot.Next,enter settings - car settings - system update .
If this doesn't help, i suggest you can try to test the hot spot on your phone by using another phone. Because according to your describtion, the wifi modul of the unit should be OK.
In addition,what is your phone model ? what system ?
