Can I use the same DAB software link in the post above, or is there a new one / different one for the new head unit?

I have a good signal of the attenna,
But after two DAB+ devices is my problem of hick ups in te DAB sound not solved.
I bought Pumpkin 1 Din Android 7.1 Universal Autoradio 7 Zoll Touchscreen mit GPS Navi Quad Core RAM:2GB + ROM:32GB especially for the DAB+ extension

Is there anyone with good experience with this type of DAB+ device?

Since this is a good post to refer to for problems with the DAB+ unit, so is it worth keeping the firmware link up to date with the latest firmware? The link in the current first post is now so old it had expired from mega.
