Pumpkin AS0274B 8.0 Android

I just purchased a Pumpkin AS0274B 7.1 Android.. It has not even been delivered yet. Today I see on Amazon there is a Pumpkin AS0274B 8.0 Android.
Will I be able to upgrade the one I just bought to Android 8.0?

Thank you for your response.. I was able to cancel the Pumpkin AS0274B 7.1 Android before it was shipped. I have now purchased the Pumpkin AS0274B 8.0 Android from Amazon.com
