ROM factory img required for S07 on 4.4.4

Hi, i need to restore mu head unit to the factory image which was on it when i purchased it last week.
I purchased it from Ali Express on 22nd August 2016 (Order Number: 77813787065818)
Can you please supply the factory image.

Hi,
Do you want to get the update ROM for your unit?
If is, please tell us what problem you had, cause we don't suggest our client do the flash when the unit works as it should.
And sometime after installing the update ROM, it may bring other problem.

I purchased the unit but updated the ROM to a version from the internet as i wanted to have more control.
I have now decided that the factory original one was better and want to restore it.
The restore menu cannot find the factory image, so i assume it was not stored on the unit.

Hi,
Actually you can first go to the Settings--backup and reset to do the factory data reset.
If this does not help, here is the link of the original firmware for your unit C0720.

Hi markwerline ,about this issue ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit .
