rudder option for right hand drive

I have gone into factory settings and put tick in rudder box but when I open driver door it still said passenger door open
my order no is 100001220.

Hi, could you please tell us the kind and the year of your car?
And please enter the factory settings to check if the Rudder had been put tick, sometime you may forget to click Apply and Exit to keep the setting.

I have made sure I ticked box rudder then apply and then exit. My car is 2011 skoda octavia estate.

Hi, cause we rarely got this issue from our clients, would you mind take a video about the open door display error?
The factory don't tell us any change about the canbus for VW.
So we need your video to discuss the problem, and we will try to give you solution, hope your understanding.
