Pumpkin Android 7.1 AS0471H Form Opel - Firmware-Update?

I have a AS0471H (Android 7.1 for Opel). How can i Update the Radio? Ist an Update available? And how I can Install it?

And can I Install a new Radio App (.apk File)?

Hi,
normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should .
2.maybe you can ,but you can not delete the original one.
