CN10-02307B radio doesn't change the frequency

My radio doesn't change the frequency. When I select a different saved station, the frequency does not change.

Also, when the radio boot up, it does not go back to the station it was on when I turned the car off. It always boot up to FM2.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.
For the second problem,did the unit alos doesn't go back to music app it was on when you turned the car off.If yes, you can exchange the yellow wire and the red wire from your power cable.

I played Pandora and then turned the car off. When I turned the car back on, Pandora did not automatically start.

Hi,
so you need to plug out the unit and exchange the red wire and the yellow wire of the power cable. In fact,the red wire should connect to your car acc and the yellow wire should connect to the batter .The unit keeps memory because the yellow wire constantly get week circuit from the battery when you turn the car off.

Got it.. Tried to install from USB flash drive, but MCU doesn't recognize it. Ordered a microUSB card that will be here Thursday. Will try it when I get it. Thanks

sorry forgetting to ask you to unzip that rar files to the root content of one sd card or USB stick . You can try again .and If you use sd card ,you should insert it into the GPS slot. Next, enter setttings - car settings - system update .

The update fixed it the radio station issue. Now, if I can just keep on the same station when I start the vehicle.
